So, what does everybody think of the new smoking ban? Anyone jonesin for a stick of the ol' devils candy? Anyone been fined yet? give us your thoughts and share your stories, as i'm sure there are many. *

I'll even start off W/A story... the Giant Eagle where i catch the bus has a small covered area outside near the entrance w/a few benches, this is where the ashtray used to be. Since the ban has been imposed, the smoking area has been moved, out from cover of the weather to the side of the building. Where an extremely wet bench and ashtray now reside. ironicly enough, also on this side of the building happens to be the fire lane, also, where the bench and ashtray now reside, and directly above the ashtray stands a monument to the genius of our local government, it reads; no standing or stoppong in fire lane. hmmmm... which fine would i rather pay? *

In clev here we still can smoke in 85 of bars but all ashtrays gone so now we litter in designated area even at cavs game by cops *
